or purchaser of a Drink, the necessary transactions are
properly carried out;

and deal with any complaints or enquiries made by or about

and investigate any suspected breach of the Bar4Fun service

requested by You, to send You and keep You updated with
information by email about existing and new Bar4Fun services
and special offers; and
3.1.7 where
requested by You, to send You or to enable third parties
to send you information by e-mail about related products
or services of selected third parties that may be of interest
to You.
To opt-out of receiving any information pursuant to paragraphs
3.1.6 and 3.1.7, You can amend Your preferences in “Edit
Your Account Settings” at any time.

may pass Your Data to other parties as follows:
4.1.1 Your
Bar4Fun User Name will be publicised on the Bar4Fun site
and this will be the identity by which You are known on
the site. Where other Bar4Fun Users wish to chat
or purchase a Drink for You, they will be able to identify
You by Your Bar4Fun User Name and any other information
You may yourself disclose via Bar4Fun.
4.1.2 To
Our employees and agents to administer Your Account and
the products and services provided to You by Us now or
in the future.
4.1.3 In
some cases We may use a technical partner to conduct some
processing of Your Data on Our behalf, but this is always
subject to strict contractual control and is in compliance
with UK Data Protection Legislation.
4.1.4 Some general
statistical information about the Bar4Fun User base, sales patterns,
traffic volumes and related matters may be passed on to
reputable third parties but these details will not include
information personally identifying You.

in connection with any alleged criminal offence or suspected
breach of the Bar4Fun Terms and Conditions by You.

Bar4Fun site.

the Bar4Fun Terms and Conditions , We have
no responsibility or control over the contents of communications
made between Bar4Fun Users although You can make a complaint
about another Bar4Fun User as detailed in paragraph 7 of
the Bar4Fun Terms and Conditions.
4.3 Other
than in the circumstances outlined in paragraph 4.1 above,
We will not provide Your Data to any third party without
Your consent or unless We are required to do so by law.
5.1 We endeavour
to take all reasonable steps to protect Your Data. All
the Data collected by Us is stored on a secure server.
The secure server software encrypts all information You
input before it is sent to Us.

on Your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to allow
Us to understand who has seen which pages and advertisements,
to determine how frequently particular pages are visited
and to determine the most popular areas of Our Bar4Fun
